BCD-CC connector sets are designed to monitor electrical continuity in elevator traction belt steel wire cores for broken belt detection when used with compatible detection devices such as INSPEK, SCR, and WBD.
Each flat belt requires a corresponding set of A and B broken cable detection connectors that are installed on the open ends of the belt. The product range offers multiple model sets to support different belt types and characteristics, ensuring broad compatibility and reliable performance in every installation.
Connector Design
The connector set features a two-piece compact design with an integrated GX12 socket on one connector, enabling quick connection to detection devices using pigtail wire cables. Cables are selected according to the device model and are available in 1.5 m and 4 m lengths.
